Folly Field

One of the original non-gated communities (along with Forest Beach), this is a mix of short term rentals, villas, single family homes and permanent residents.  The prime draw is the beach, and the proximity means that locals and visitor alike take advantage by biking or walking to use one of the many public access paths.

Known as one of the quieter areas of the Island, this adds to the charm and peace of the community. Shopping, theatres and restaurants are not far away and many hotels along the beach feature bonfires, beach volleyball and live entertainment.
